What's new
Everything new, improved, or fixed in LogisticsWMS.
- v3.1.13New
- Select all lines in the medicine dispensing actions list
Added a 'select all' button to the medicine verification (NMVS/MVO) actions list, so you can select every line across the whole list in one click instead of expanding each group individually.
Read the full guide
Fixed- Fixed the medicine dispensing actions list hiding options
Fixed an issue in the medicine verification (NMVS/MVO) actions list where dispensing one line could hide the remaining actions for the rest of the list. Bulk actions now always apply only to the lines you've selected.
Read the full guide - Moloni order sync fix
Fixed an issue where some orders coming from Moloni could fail to sync into a shipping order.
Read the full guide - Fixed account creation getting stuck on screen
Fixed an issue where the 'creating your account' screen could stay loading indefinitely during sign-up, forcing a page refresh.
- Fixed a reception occasionally reopening after being closed
Fixed a rare issue where a completed reception could unexpectedly reopen on its own and have its received stock counted twice.
Read the full guide - Fixed cancelled restocking tasks running on Kardex-connected storage
Fixed an issue where a restocking task that had already been cancelled could still be carried out on Kardex-connected storage, sometimes causing stock discrepancies. It's now also possible to identify and cancel a Kardex delivery order that gets stuck.
Read the full guide - Fixed login issue after reactivating a subscription
Fixed an issue where reactivating a paused subscription could temporarily leave you unable to log back in.
- v3.1.12New
- Automatic certificate renewal for NMVS/MVO Portugal
Logistics WMS now renews your NMVS certificate with MVO Portugal automatically before it expires, and a new Connection tab lets you check connectivity or renew it manually if needed. Password renewal is available as an opt-in setting.
Read the full guide - More visibility for your clients in the Client Portal
Clients using the portal now see real available stock instead of raw totals, can export products and stock lists to Excel, and can see which lots were delivered on each of their shipping orders.
Read the full guide - See exactly why a shipping order line couldn't be approved
When a shipping order line can't be fully approved, the app now shows the specific reason; for example, stock reserved elsewhere, stock in a zone this order can't reach, or a batch too close to its expiry date.
Improved- Easier list management for NMVS communications
You can now duplicate a communication list to resend the same packs without rescanning, rename lists, see progress while a list is communicating, and undo an entire decommissioned list at once instead of pack by pack.
Read the full guide - Exports now include all your data, not just the first page
Large exports (like product lists) used to stop after the first batch of results. They now automatically continue through every page, so the exported file is always complete.
Read the full guide - Clearer guidance during inventory counts
The inventory count screen now tells you to scan a location first, remembers the location between products so you don't have to pick a scan type again, and recognizes a location typed by its description as well as its code.
Read the full guide - New locations inherit their zone's batch setting
When you create a new location, it now automatically picks up the 'allow different batches of the same item' setting from its parent zone, and shows you the value before you save.
- Ticks recognizes your company more reliably during onboarding
Ticks, your AI assistant, is now more accurate at identifying your company when you sign up, and lets you confirm your company's website directly if it isn't sure.

Fixed- Fixed occasional duplicate volume/pallet barcodes
In rare cases, newly generated volume or pallet barcodes could match one already in use for container types with mixed numbering. Barcode numbers are now always generated correctly.
- Fixed reception lines merging into a single box
When the same item was scanned into different boxes bound for the same shelf during reception, they could be merged into a single box, leaving the others empty. Each box now correctly keeps its own contents.
- Fixed put-away being blocked for 3PL containers
In some 3PL warehouses, selecting a specific client before putting away a container made the container impossible to find. Put-away now works correctly regardless of which client is selected.
Read the full guide - Fixed an error when closing a reception with Moloni active
Closing a reception on an account with the Moloni integration active could fail with a generic error if no default document set was configured. You'll now see a clear message explaining what to fix.
Read the full guide - Removed duplicate confirmation pop-ups
Several screens were showing two confirmation pop-ups for the same action, and confirming both could run the action twice. Each action now asks for confirmation only once.
- Fixed viewing a batch's stock from another stock window
Opening a batch's stock details from inside another stock window previously did nothing. It now opens correctly.
Read the full guide - Several small display fixes
Fixed the Inventory tab icon, translated the 3PL client stock-segregation labels, relabelled the Picking/Packing export buttons for clarity, restored the colour on user avatars, added a name filter to Account > Users, and corrected 'Parts'/'Volumes' wording on reception screens.
- Fixed NMVS exports failing on a single unrecognized code
Exporting NMVS communications could fail completely if just one row contained a code the system didn't recognize. Unrecognized codes are now shown as-is instead of stopping the export, and a mislabelled column was corrected.
Read the full guide - Fixed incorrect line counts in the Cockpit
When a shipping order was split across two picking waves, the Cockpit could under-report how many lines it had. It now counts every line correctly.
- Fixed product search in dropdown filters
Some dropdown filters (for example, searching by SKU or scanning a barcode) could show 'no results found' even when the product existed. Search and barcode scanning in these filters now work correctly.
- Fixed Ticks answering in the wrong language
Ticks could sometimes reply, or send daily digest e-mails, in a different language than expected. Answers and digest e-mails now consistently follow your selected language.
Read the full guide - Fixed Ticks occasionally showing internal technical details
In rare cases, Ticks' answers could include internal technical wording instead of a proper answer, or fail to correctly answer questions about stock movements and stock rotation. Both issues are fixed.

- v3.1.10New
- Ask Ticks to explain any product KPI
Each stock KPI card on the product page now has an "Explain with Ticks" button that opens the AI assistant with that product's real figures already in context, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating the numbers yourself.
Read the full guide
Improved- Product stock KPIs explain themselves
The Stock Total, Stock Rotation, Average Stock and Minimum Stock cards on the product page now start with a plain-language sentence about what the number means, before showing the formula. A rotation of zero now tells you whether it's because nothing has shipped or there's no stock to compare against, instead of leaving you to guess.
Read the full guide - Minimum stock alerts now show what's already on the way
When a product's stock is below its minimum, the alert now also shows how many units are already incoming from open receptions, so you can tell at a glance whether a reorder is still needed or one is already on its way.
Read the full guide - Clearer field labels on stowage, reception, inventory, picking and packing screens
Fields that used to just say "Origin" or "Destination" now say what you're actually expected to scan: a location, a volume, a product, or a combination of these, so it's clear what to do without trial and error. We also made "Volume" and "Part" consistent terms across every screen and language.
Read the full guide - Ticks gives more accurate, better-grounded answers
Ticks no longer invents help center links or setting names that don't exist, correctly identifies the order or reception you're asking about instead of mixing up similar-looking numbers, and its answer to "which orders are delayed" now actually filters by delay instead of returning every open order.
Read the full guide - Long Ticks answers now offer a "Continue" button
When an answer from Ticks is cut short because it hit the length limit, it now clearly says so and shows a "Continue the answer" button, instead of leaving a note that was easy to miss at the bottom of a long list.

Fixed- Fixed missing duration estimates on reception notes created via the API or integrations
Reception notes created automatically through the public API or through store integrations (Shopify, PrestaShop, Jumpseller, Amazon) could end up without an estimated duration. This has been fixed, so those reception notes now get an estimate like any other.
Read the full guide - Fixed duplicate picking-location optimization runs
Under certain timing conditions, the system could trigger the picking-location optimization twice for the same batch, leaving behind picking suggestions that could never be used. It now runs once, as intended.
Read the full guide - Fixed single-product stock sync errors with Shopify, Jumpseller and Shopkit
Checking or syncing the stock of a single product against your Shopify, Jumpseller or Shopkit store could fail with an error instead of completing. This has been fixed.

- v3.1.7New
- Export your documents to Excel
You can now export reception notes, receptions, shipping orders, and their picking and packing details to Excel, ready to print, with a summary sheet and charts included.
Read the full guide - Smarter delivery date and duration estimates for receptions
Reception notes now automatically suggest a delivery date based on each supplier's typical lead time, and show an estimated duration for the reception, so you can plan your warehouse better. You can still enter a date manually, and admins can set a lead time override per supplier.
Read the full guide - See who created or last edited a record
Organization, user, client, delivery point and product screens now show who created and who last edited each record, and when, so it's easier to track changes.
Improved- Screens now remember the tab you were on
When you navigate away from a screen with tabs and come back, LogisticsWMS now reopens it on the same tab you were viewing, across most of the app.
- Easier to find and assign operators
The operator picker used to assign picking and packing tasks can now be searched by surname or initials, not just first name, and works properly with keyboard navigation.
- Control over Shopify's scheduled stock sync
You can now turn off Shopify's periodic full-catalog stock sync while keeping real-time stock updates on, giving you more control over how your store stays in sync.
Read the full guide - Ticks gives accurate answers about time spent on tasks
Ticks, your AI assistant, now answers questions about time spent on reception, picking, packing, stowage and inventory work with accurate figures. Previously, some of these answers could be wrong or show zero.

Fixed- Fixed: deleting a reception line no longer erases NMVS/MVO records
Deleting a reception line for a product already reported to the NMVS/MVO medicine verification system used to permanently delete that regulatory record. It's now kept, as required, while the line itself is removed.
- Fixed: expiration dates now read correctly from more barcode formats
Some barcodes weren't having their expiration date read correctly, either because it was only encoded as a "best before" date, or because of how the barcode combined lot and serial number. Both cases are now handled correctly across scanning, reception, picking, packing and inventory.
Read the full guide - Fixed: Shopify product photos and stock/order syncing
Product photos originally set by an early Shopify sync could get permanently stuck and never refresh again. That's now fixed. We also improved the reliability of stock and order syncing for stores with large catalogs, so updates keep flowing without stalling.
Read the full guide - Fixed: searching for picking waves by warehouse
Searching or filtering picking waves by warehouse on the Cockpit or Shipping Order screens could return no results, and starting a wave from those screens could accidentally clear its warehouse. Both are now fixed.
- Fixed: occasional errors creating or saving users
Creating a new user could sometimes fail with an error, or silently reset the "uses client portal default" setting when saving. Both are now fixed.
- Fixed: shipments stuck waiting on NACEX forever
Shipments that NACEX didn't recognize used to be checked indefinitely with no resolution. They're now marked as an error after 7 days, with the reason shown, so you know to follow up.
- Fixed: inventories stuck after a system restart
An inventory that was being created or closed during a system restart could get permanently stuck. It's now marked as "Creation failed" so you can retry or delete it and move on.
- Fixed: duplicate lots when re-importing a reception note file
Re-importing the same reception note Excel file could create duplicate lot records that weren't linked to the right product, showing up as unexplained quantity or lot mismatches. This is now fixed.
- Fixed: packing progress counters
The "lines done / total" counters on packing could show a higher number than what was actually on screen, because they were also counting the volumes themselves. They now count only the articles, matching what you see.
- Fixed: clearer message when there's no task for you
If you had no assigned task, or your next task failed to load, the operational screen used to silently send you back to the home page. It now shows a clear message explaining what happened, with a way to retry or go to the cockpit.
- Fixed: display error on the reception note's estimated time
The reception note detail screen could fail to show the estimated duration field correctly. This is now fixed, along with a few inconsistent translations.
Read the full guide - Fixed: closing large inventories
Closing an inventory with a large number of counts could slow to a crawl or time out. It's now faster and more reliable, even for large warehouses.
- Fixed: stray tasks left behind in the picking queue
When a picking order's shipping document was removed, its picking tasks could be left behind in the queue indefinitely instead of being cancelled. These are now cleaned up automatically.
- v3.1.6Improved
- Best-before date now fills in the expiry date
If a barcode carries only a best-before date and no expiry date, that date is now used to fill in the product's expiry instead of leaving the field empty. When the code carries both dates, the expiry date always wins.
Fixed- Batch and expiry date read correctly from barcodes
When a GS1 code arrives in its readable form, with the identifiers in brackets, the batch number and the expiry date are now read correctly. Before, depending on the order the information appeared in the code, the expiry date could end up stored inside the batch number, or the batch could be dropped altogether. Codes carrying the scanner prefix, including the custom prefixes you have set up, are now recognised as well.
- Packing time estimates are improved
The estimated time for packing orders and their respective lines frequently appeared as zero. The estimation logic has been improved and is now saved when the order is created, ensuring that the planning and packing screens display an actual value. Orders created prior to this version retain the "old" value.
- Ticks now welcomes you in your own language
The welcome message Ticks prepares for a new company came out in English even when the account was set to another language. Your account's language is now identified correctly at the moment the account is created, so the first conversation and the information gathered about your company come out in your language.
- v3.1.4New
- Ask Ticks who's handling the most weight, and see productivity per hour
You can now ask Ticks to rank your operators by the weight they've picked or moved, and see productivity measured in units per hour or weight per hour — not just lines per hour.
Fixed- Ticks gives more accurate and complete answers
Fixed several issues affecting Ticks' answers: it now reports on all your KPIs when you ask a general trend question (instead of just one), correctly labels operator rankings and time periods, no longer cuts off long answers, and only promises exported file contents it can actually deliver.
- Fixed a Ticks permissions issue for client and reseller accounts
Client and reseller portal users could unintentionally access Ticks assistant tools meant only for your warehouse staff. This has been corrected — access now correctly follows each user's role.
- Corrected Inbound, Put-Away and Reception KPI numbers
Fixed several calculation issues in the Inbound and Put-Away KPI cards (non-conformities, pending work, productivity and top operators) and in how Reception KPIs are dated. As a result, some of these numbers — including historical ones — may now show different values than before.
- v3.1.3New
- Ask Ticks about your top and slow-moving products
Ticks can now filter product searches by ABC classification, so you can quickly ask things like "what are my top-moving products?" or "show me my slow movers."
Read the full guide - Ask Ticks how much weight an operator has picked
Ticks can now tell you the total weight picked by a specific operator over any date range, broken down by operation type.
Read the full guide - Ask Ticks which documents an operator has worked on
Ticks can now list the receptions, shipping orders or inventory documents a specific operator handled, with direct links to each one.
Read the full guide - Ask Ticks what you should reorder
Ticks can now weigh low or zero stock against recent sales to suggest what to buy and why, instead of declining the question.
Read the full guide - New guided walkthrough for new trial accounts
New trial accounts now get a step-by-step guided tour through their first receiving-to-shipping cycle, with contextual tips on each screen.
Improved- Redesigned Ticks assistant panel
Ticks got a cleaner look: a tidier header, quick actions on each message, a redesigned message box, and a slim collapsed view when you need the screen space.
Read the full guide - Smarter product search in Ticks
Ticks now finds the right product even if you type the words in a different order than the product name.

Fixed- Fixed trial setup progress and saved preferences
The trial setup progress bar and checklist now accurately reflect what's actually happening, and your onboarding preferences are reliably saved.
- Fixed large file exports from Ticks
Exporting a large result set through Ticks no longer cuts the file off partway through.
Read the full guide - Fixed silent blank replies from Ticks
When Ticks can't produce an answer, it now shows a clear message instead of an empty reply.
Read the full guide - Ticks no longer makes up data it doesn't have
Hardened Ticks so it only states facts and links backed by your actual data, and says so honestly when it can't find or verify something instead of guessing.
Read the full guide - Fixed access gaps for Admins and Supervisors in Ticks
Admins and Supervisors could be wrongly blocked from some Ticks questions, exports or downloads meant to be available to them — that's now fixed.
Read the full guide - Fixed operator productivity figures in Ticks
Ticks now calculates operator productivity (picking/packing speed) strictly from real activity records, instead of occasionally estimating it.
Read the full guide - Fixed missing Help Center answers in Ticks
A sync issue could make Ticks temporarily lose track of some Help Center articles, giving incomplete answers to "how do I..." questions — that's now fixed.
Read the full guide - Fixed stranded stock reserves on 3PL orders
Clearing the reserves on a 3PL client's order could leave stock stuck as reserved at the picking location — that's now fixed.
Read the full guide - Fixed PrestaShop delivery address overwrites
When PrestaShop's address lookup failed, we could overwrite a known good delivery address with an incomplete one — that's now fixed, and the existing address is kept.

- v3.1.2New
- Several GTIN barcodes per product, with one primary
A product can now hold more than one GTIN or CNP code for the same unit, useful when a supplier changes its EAN or when old and new packaging are in circulation at the same time. Every code is recognised when scanning; the one you mark as primary is what prints on labels, what the API returns and what is sent to MVO PT.
Read the full guide - NACEX: configurable return service
You can now set the NACEX return service (Serviço de retorno, S/N) for every shipment or just for one specific carrier. Until you fill it in nothing changes: the field is simply not sent to NACEX.

Improved- Inventory closing runs in the background, with an email when it's done
When you close an inventory it moves straight to "Closing" and the stock adjustments run in the background; you can leave the screen and carry on working. You get an email once it finishes, summarising any lines that could not be adjusted. If the close fails, the inventory goes to "Closing failed" and you can retry it from the inventory itself.
Read the full guide - Packing: move an already-packed product to another volume
If you scan a product that has nothing left to pack, the WMS assumes you want to move it to another volume instead of making you unpack it first. It tells you which volume the units come from, shows the current volume on each batch option, and warns you if you pick the volume the product is already in. The requested packing zone is now also visible inside the field itself.
Read the full guide - Much faster packing registration on orders with many lines
Registering packing no longer gets progressively slower as an order gains more lines. On large orders, the wait operators face when confirming packing is significantly shorter.
Read the full guide - See at a glance whether a carrier label has already been printed
In the Shipping Orders list and on the carrier tab, the label icon turns green as soon as the label is downloaded, and the tooltip shows the date and time it was first printed. Available for NACEX and Correios Express. Labels printed before this version show as never printed.
Read the full guide - Picking orders show the estimated time even when no actual time was captured
When the actual collection or travel time was never captured, the picking order no longer shows "0"; it shows just the estimated time, clearly marked as an estimate.
Read the full guide - Reception confirmations sent by the API now include the document line numbers
Systems integrating with LogisticsWMS through the API now receive, in the reception confirmation, the original document line number for each received quantity, so there is no more guessing which line each receipt belongs to.
Read the full guide - Easier-to-test API documentation and clearer error messages
You can now authenticate in the API documentation with your API client credentials and try requests directly. When a field is filled in incorrectly, the response names the field, the value received and, for fields with a fixed list, the accepted values, instead of a generic error. Creating products through the API now accepts the documented handling unit values.

Fixed- Stock held in quality is no longer advertised on Shopify
The stock pushed to Shopify counted everything in the warehouse, including goods quarantined in quality zones, which could put items on sale that could not be shipped. It now counts only the locations in the store's shipping process plus the packing and loading zones.
Read the full guide - Cancelling shipping orders on multi-client accounts
On logistics-operator accounts, cancelling a shipping order failed whenever "All Clients" was selected in the top bar. Cancellation now identifies the client from the volume itself, independently of that selection. Server error messages also stop appearing as missing-translation text.
Read the full guide - Successful responses are no longer shown as integration errors
When an external system replied successfully but with no body, the WMS recorded an integration error on the order. A successful response is now treated as an acknowledgement; only an explicit rejection marks the integration as failed.
Read the full guide - Inventory adjustments keep decimal quantities
When closing an inventory, quantities with decimals were rounded down (2.5 became 2), producing wrong adjustments and differences. Decimal quantities are now respected.
Read the full guide - Ticks: sales rankings scoped to the selected warehouse
Ticks previously answered top-selling product and client questions across the whole account, even when a specific warehouse was selected in the top bar. It now scopes those two rankings to the selected warehouse only (operator performance stays account-wide).

- v3.1.1New
- Delete not-yet-communicated lines from NMVS actions
If a product is scanned by mistake in the NMVS Actions menu, you can now remove it from the list. Delete one line at a time using the icon next to the view button, or several at once by ticking the checkboxes on the left. You are always asked to confirm, and lines that have already been communicated stay protected.

Improved- Faster receiving between scans
The reception screen no longer stalls between scans. The grouped view is now read-only and stopped writing to the database on every scan, so several operators can receive at the same time without the waiting time that was noticeable during high-volume receiving.
Read the full guide - Picking, packing and stowage work with All Clients selected
In multi-client warehouses, running a picking, packing or stowage picking required choosing the client in the top bar first. The application now identifies the client from the document itself, so operators can work with All Clients selected.
Read the full guide - Stowage screen usable on a phone
The stowage form was reorganised for small screens: the requested origin and product now appear inside the field itself, buttons no longer drop to a second row, the scan field is about 50% wider in stowage picking, and the Stow button now spans the full width.
Read the full guide - Operational screen headers scroll sideways on mobile
On the reception, stowage picking and inventory screens, the header and the last-scanned line squeezed columns so tightly that a product description wrapped one character per line. They now keep their natural width and scroll sideways, taking up far less screen height.
Fixed- MVO PT now receives the codes you actually scanned
When a reception line is communicated, or re-communicated, to MVO PT, the GTIN and CNP that were actually scanned are now sent, instead of whichever barcode happened to come first in the product catalogue. Retrying from a reception history now behaves exactly like the original attempt.
Read the full guide - MVO PT connection failures are no longer shown as rejections
When MVO PT cannot be reached, the communication is now flagged in yellow as pending instead of marking the pack as rejected. The stored message also shows the real, complete reason for the failure rather than a generic technical text.
Read the full guide - Serial number search in receptions
Searching by serial number in reception lines returned no results for products with a security device. Search and sorting now work in the lines list and in both grouped views.
Read the full guide - A reception can no longer be closed twice
The Finish button is now disabled while the close is running, preventing the same reception from being closed twice and two documents being sent to the connected system. If two users close at the same time, the second one gets a clear message saying the close is already in progress, instead of an error.
Read the full guide - Reception screen no longer gets stuck on page refresh
Refreshing the page directly on the receptions screen sometimes left the filters missing and the list empty until you navigated away and came back. The screen now waits for the warehouse to be available before loading.
Read the full guide - Stowage picking reserves stock at the exact location
In a stowage picking, stock is now reserved at the specific location the operator is sent to, rather than at the zone. Stock can no longer be allocated elsewhere in the meantime, leaving the operator at an empty shelf.
Read the full guide - Reserves no longer get stuck on pick-only orders
On orders that ship straight after picking, with no packing step, the reserve for the last line stayed stuck at picking after the order had already left. Those reserves are now released correctly, keeping available stock accurate.
Read the full guide - Stock without a client and negative available in multi-client warehouses
When stock was rebuilt from movements, transfers and shipments lost their client, producing stock rows with no client and negative available quantities. The client is now kept, and the available quantity shown never drops below zero.

- v3.1.0New
- Ticks, your AI assistant, is now available to admins
Ticks, the AI assistant built into LogisticsWMS, was until now available only to our team. As of this release, every account Admin can use it. Ask Ticks about your stock, receptions, shipping orders, reports, KPIs and settings in plain language, and get answers with links straight to the records involved. Ticks can also act for you; recording a stock adjustment or suggesting a putaway location, for example, always showing you exactly what it's about to do and asking for your confirmation before saving anything. Talk to Ticks in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French or Italian, and ask it to search the Help Center whenever you have a "how do I..." question. Open it from the icon in the top bar.

- v3.0.39Improved
- Delivery points now follow the client you select on receptions and shipping orders
If you handle goods for several clients, the delivery point list on receptions, reception notes and shipping orders now only shows the points that belong to the client chosen on the form, so a record can no longer be sent to another client's address. If a delivery point that doesn't match the client is submitted anyway, the application refuses to save it and explains why, including on orders created through the client portal. The client field also moved to the top of these forms, since it decides which delivery points you can pick, and it is locked to the client you are currently working as when you have one selected in the top bar.
Read the full guide
Fixed- Shipping orders no longer lose the client they belong to when saved
On accounts that manage stock for several clients, editing and saving a shipping order could clear the client it belonged to. This typically happened right before sending it to picking, leaving the order with no owner and out of that client's lists and portal. The client is now kept on every save, including on orders that arrive through file imports or integrations. Orders created from the client portal are always assigned to the signed-in user's own client.
- Repeat online store orders now ship to the customer's current address
When a customer who had already bought from your store placed a new order with a different delivery address, the address from their first order kept being used, and that was the address handed to the carrier. Incoming orders now refresh the saved address with the one on the new order: street, postal code, city and country are replaced together, so a new address is never mixed with leftovers from the previous one. Orders that carry no address leave the existing one untouched, and the customer's name and e-mail are always preserved. Applies to Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Jumpseller and Shopkit stores. Note that the same delivery point is shared by all of that customer's orders, so an earlier order of theirs that hasn't shipped yet will also use the updated address.
Read the full guide - Long barcodes are no longer cut short when scanned
Scanning a Code 128 label that isn't a product code, an 18-digit pallet licence plate for example, cut the code down to its first 14 characters and treated it as a product code, so the lookup found nothing. A scanned code is now only read as a product code when it genuinely can be one; anything longer is kept exactly as it was scanned.
- v3.0.38New
- New Received Volumes tree in receptions, with volume labels and volume assignment
Receptions now have a "Volumes" tab that shows everything you received organized as a tree of "volumes" (containers), so you can see at a glance how the goods are grouped. From there you can "print volume labels" for the whole reception and "move lines into a volume" (new or existing) even after they were received, making it easy to organize goods that arrived without a container. The same volume tree is now reused across the reception detail, the operational screen, the history and packing.
Read the full guide - New "Factory delivery" reception type
You can now choose "Factory delivery" as a reception type when configuring a reception process, for goods delivered from a factory. To avoid confusion, the shipping type previously called "Factory delivery" is now labelled "Delivery to factory", so the inbound and outbound directions are clearly distinct.
Read the full guide - Set a default label layout per flow (packing and reception)
Logistics label layouts can now have a "default per flow", so packing and reception can each start from their own preferred layout instead of a single global default. When you print from those screens, the right layout is already selected, saving a step and reducing mistakes.
Read the full guide - Choose whether to print the SSCC on logistics labels
The logistics label print window now has a "Print SSCC" toggle. When it is turned off, the label no longer generates an SSCC and instead shows the container code (GS1 AI 97) in that slot, which is useful when you don't want to assign an SSCC to every volume.

Improved- Sync a single product from Shopify on demand
A product's "Shopify" window now has a "Sync from Shopify" action that re-pulls that single product's image and barcode from your store, so you can repair a stale or wrong image (or a missing barcode) without running a full catalog sync. Manual images are always kept; the sync never overwrites an image you set yourself. This action is available to account administrators.
Read the full guide - Clearer retrieval and travel times on the Picking Order screen
On the Picking Order screen, the two time indicators are now labelled "Retrieval time" and "Travel time" and show the "real time next to the estimated time", with a badge highlighting the deviation when they differ. This makes it much easier to spot pickings that took longer than planned.
Read the full guide - Quality icon on Manage Receptions now shows the lines in quality
In the "Manage Receptions" list, clicking the quality icon now opens a window listing exactly the items placed in quality for that reception, the same way the differences icon already works, so you no longer have to open the reception to see them.
Read the full guide - Consolidate different products of the same client in one location
When putting away or consolidating stock, a location that already holds one product can now also receive a "different product belonging to the same client", instead of being blocked. Locations are still protected from mixing stock from "different clients", so client separation is preserved.

Fixed- Expanded product image no longer hidden behind the menu
When you expanded a product image, the dropdown menu could appear in front of it. The menu now closes before the image opens, so the enlarged image is always fully visible.
- Product search by expiration date now respects the filter
Searching products by an expiration-date range (with stock) now correctly returns only the products whose stocked lot falls within that range, instead of ignoring the date filter and returning all products with stock.
- Deleting a Shopify order no longer shows an error
Deleting a shipping order that was imported from Shopify no longer fails with an error. The link to the Shopify order is now released first, so the order is removed cleanly.
Read the full guide - Scanned barcode is now saved to a product created during reception
When you scan an unknown barcode during a reception and create a new product from the pop-up, that barcode is now automatically added to the new product, so you don't have to enter it again by hand.
Read the full guide - Moloni sync no longer overwrites an existing product image
When syncing products from Moloni, an image you had already set on a product is now kept instead of being replaced by the one coming from Moloni, so your chosen product images are preserved.
Read the full guide - Bulk assign no longer includes orders still awaiting stowage picking
In the cockpit, the "bulk assign" action now skips orders that are still waiting for their stowage picking and have no assignable work yet, matching what the row already shows. This prevents assigning tasks that can't be started.
- Fixed an error when finishing a reception
Finishing a reception could occasionally trigger a background error while reading the reception type, in setups that process reception completion asynchronously. The reception data is now re-read safely, so completion runs reliably.
- In-app announcements keep updating after a connection hiccup
If a check for new in-app announcements failed once (for example due to a brief connection problem), announcements stopped refreshing until the page was reloaded. They now keep checking automatically, so you don't miss new announcements.
- v3.0.37Improved
- Faster Shopify product sync with a new "Sync New Products" option
The Shopify product sync now has a dedicated "Sync New Products" option that imports only the products created or changed in Shopify since the last sync, making day-to-day updates much faster. The full catalog sync is still there for a complete check, and both options now also update barcodes on products that were already linked. The manual sync buttons were grouped into a single actions menu with a short explanation of each one.
Read the full guide - Ticks now suggests more relevant questions and gives more accurate stock answers
The Ticks assistant's suggested questions are now based on how you actually use the system and tailored to your role, so the starting suggestions are more useful. Its low-stock answers now consider recent demand and your selected warehouse (instead of just a fixed minimum), and its alerts and operation counts now respect the warehouse you're working in and match the productivity screens. The conversation history now also shows only the questions you actually typed.
- Search shipping orders by their observations
The shipping orders search now also looks inside the observations field, so you can find an order by a note written on it, not just by its number or destination.
- Operator and Commercial users can now add and edit shipping guide lines
Users with the Operator or Commercial role can now add and edit lines on a shipping guide. Previously this was blocked for these roles, forcing the work onto supervisors or administrators.
Fixed- Fixed duplicate draft invoices for the same shipping guide in Moloni
In the Moloni integration, the same source document could sometimes generate two shipping orders (or receptions), and therefore duplicate draft invoices, when the same document type and series was configured in more than one mapping. Saving a document mapping now blocks a duplicate source configuration, so each Moloni document is only picked up once.
- Reception "put in quality" menu now shows every quality status
On the reception screen, the "put in quality" dropdown was being cut off by the content below it, hiding some of the quality statuses. The menu now opens fully so you can pick any available status. The same fix was applied to the inventory operations screen.
- New Location and Zone parent dropdown now limited to the current warehouse
When creating a new location or zone, the parent "location" dropdown was listing zones from every warehouse in your account. It now shows only the zones of the warehouse you're currently working in, so you can't accidentally place a location under another warehouse.
- Product detail sections now refresh when you switch between products
When moving from one product to another without leaving the product screen, some sections (Inventory tabs, Barcodes, Lots, Serial Numbers and Client Mappings) kept showing the previous product's data. They now reload correctly for the product you're viewing.
- Stock export and stock figures now correctly scoped for client users
For users that belong to a specific client, the stock export and the stock indicators now include only that client's stock, instead of pulling in figures beyond their scope. The numbers shown and exported now match what the user is allowed to see.
- v3.0.34New
- Set product images by URL, plus automatic sync from Shopify and Moloni
The product photo dialog now has an "Image URL" option, so you can set a product's picture just by pasting a link, without uploading a file. Products connected through Shopify or Moloni also pick up their image automatically, as long as you haven't set one manually.
Improved- Redesigned profile pages for products, delivery points, organizations and users
Detail pages got a consistent redesign: key numbers now sit in a KPI strip at the top, and you can edit information inline without opening a separate screen. The layout and terminology now match across products, delivery points, your organization, and users.
Fixed- Fixed inflated operation counts on organization and user statistics
Purely internal stock movements, like emptying a container or administrative stock returns, were being counted as regular warehouse operations, inflating the operation totals shown on organization and user statistics. These are now excluded so the numbers reflect actual warehouse activity.
- Fixed: you could delete your own account or the last administrator
It was possible to delete your own user account, or the last remaining administrator of your organization, leaving no one able to manage users. Both actions are now blocked.
- v3.0.31New
- Mark a shipping order as delivered manually
You can now mark a shipping order as delivered directly from the Shipping Orders list, without waiting for the carrier to confirm it. This is useful when delivery was confirmed through another channel, or the carrier hasn't updated its tracking yet. Available to commercial, supervisor, and admin users.

Improved- Faster, more reliable Shopify stock sync
Manually syncing stock to Shopify no longer times out on large catalogs, it now runs in the background and shows live progress. We also added a Force full re-sync option that re-pushes stock for every mapped product, even ones that haven't changed.
- v3.0.30New
- See the full tracking history at a glance
Click the delivery status tag on a shipping order to see the full tracking timeline for NACEX and Correios Express shipments, or the error message if something went wrong, no need to open the order.
Read the full guide - Confirm packing with the carrier label in one click
When closing packing for an order handled by an automatic carrier plugin (NACEX or Correios Express), you can now choose "Confirm with carrier label" to communicate with the carrier and generate the shipping label right away, or "Confirm without label" to finish packing as before.
Read the full guide - Ship multiple orders at once
Select several shipping orders that are ready to ship (status "Executed") and use "Ship Selected" to dispatch them all together, instead of shipping one at a time.

Improved- Extra protection against duplicate carrier shipments
We added a safeguard so two near-simultaneous clicks can no longer create two carrier shipments for the same order. Retrying a submission now asks you to confirm first if a request for that order already exists.

Fixed- Fixed: NACEX status shown right after creating a shipment
NACEX shipments accepted by the carrier but not yet collected were showing as "Collected". They now correctly show as "Created" until the parcel is actually picked up.
Read the full guide - Fixed: carrier status colors and refresh in the shipping order detail
Some delivery statuses (like Out for Delivery or Incident) showed with the wrong color in the order's carrier tab, and manually refreshing a Correios Express shipment could show an outdated status. Both are now fixed and consistent with the shipping orders list.
Read the full guide - Fixed: orders with manual carrier communication no longer skip straight to "Delivered"
Orders using a carrier plugin set to manual communication were sometimes marked "Delivered" as soon as they were dispatched, instead of "In Shipping". They now correctly stay "In Shipping" until you use the "Submit to Carrier" button, and every carrier now shares the same single Ship button at dispatch.

- v3.0.29Fixed
- Fixed NACEX and Correos Express integration issues
We fixed several issues with the NACEX and Correos Express integration: errors when confirming shipping labels, tracking update failures with longer status messages, and cases where an error on one shipment could prevent tracking updates for others in the same batch. Order fulfillment and tracking are now more reliable.
Read the full guide - Fixed Shopify stock synchronization issues
We fixed several Shopify stock sync issues: inventory sync interruptions that caused levels to fall out of date, stock updates made before shipping that showed incorrect quantities, and reserved stock sync failures when updates involved three or more items. Stock between your warehouse and Shopify store is now consistently accurate.

- v3.0.26New
- Organize your products with custom labels
You can now create your own labels (like "Fragile", "Promo" or "Top Seller") and assign them to products. Use labels to quickly filter and find products in your product list, and see them as colored tags on the product page.
Read the full guide - Set minimum stock levels and catch low stock as it comes in
Define a minimum stock level for a product, company-wide or per client. The product list will flag anything that falls below it. During receiving, items below their minimum stock are highlighted so you can print labels for them on the spot, either one per article or one per unit.
Read the full guide - Add photos to your products
Upload a photo for each product - from a file, a URL, or straight from your device's camera. Photos now show up as thumbnails in the product list, product page and reception screens, making products easier to recognize at a glance.
Read the full guide - Record serial numbers directly on reception note lines
Reception notes now support serial numbers at the line level, whether you enter them manually or import them via Excel. Serial numbers also carry through correctly to printed reception labels.
Read the full guide - Shopify products now sync to the WMS automatically
Products created or updated in Shopify now appear in the WMS automatically, without waiting for a manual sync. Store administrators can turn this on with the new "Register Webhooks" button in the Shopify plugin settings.
Read the full guide - Control exactly what each client portal user can do
You can now grant or restrict access to each section of the client portal (view, create, edit, submit, import) per portal user, or let them simply follow a default you set for the whole client. Existing portal users keep full access until you decide to fine-tune it.

Improved- Stock export reports now include occupancy and weight data
Stock export reports have new columns for warehouse occupancy and product weight, giving you more detail for space and load planning without leaving the spreadsheet.
Read the full guide - More reliable NACEX tracking and order fulfillment
NACEX shipments now show a clearer tracking code and public tracking link on the carrier tab, and closing packing offers a one-click "Confirm with carrier label" option. Activating the NACEX plugin now offers to pre-fill a matching carrier for you. If a carrier integration briefly fails, connected e-commerce orders (Shopify, Shopkit, Jumpseller) are still fulfilled right away, and their tracking is filled in automatically once the carrier confirms it.
Read the full guide - A redesigned product page with inline editing and new insights
The product page has a new, simpler layout with two tabs (Overview and Inventory) where you edit each section directly, without a separate edit screen. It also shows new KPI cards for stock, rotation and average stock, a stock-over-time chart, and a Top Delivery Points panel showing which destinations receive the most of that product.
Read the full guide - Moloni integration now warns you about products it couldn't sync
If a product on a document can't be matched in Moloni, the document is no longer closed automatically; you'll see a clear warning listing which products were skipped, so you can fix them first.
Read the full guide - Pick-with-pack tasks now follow their related picking steps in order
When picking and packing are done together, packing instructions now appear right after their related picking step instead of out of order, making the workflow easier to follow.

Fixed- Picking instructions no longer duplicate or exceed order quantities
Fixed an issue that could occasionally generate duplicate picking instructions or instruct more than what was actually ordered on a line. Picking instructions now always match the exact quantity needed.
- Product ABC classification no longer resets after editing a product
Fixed an issue where editing and saving a product could clear its ABC classification badge until the next automatic recalculation. Your product's ABC classification is now preserved when you make edits.
- v3.0.25Fixed
- Carrier resend option no longer shown on delivered orders
Previously, the option to resend a shipping order to the carrier could appear even after the order had already been delivered. This action is now only available before the order is shipped, avoiding confusion when managing carrier integrations.
- v3.0.24New
- Live carrier tracking now updates your shipping orders automatically
For orders shipped with NACEX or Correios Express, the shipping order now stays “In Shipping” until the carrier actually confirms delivery, instead of being marked as delivered as soon as it leaves your warehouse. You can also see the delivery status and download the shipping label straight from the shipping order list, and the carrier tracking card now shows more details about each shipment.

Improved- Clearer and more accurate workload chart in the Cockpit
The Assignments chart in the Cockpit no longer shows an internal system placeholder as if it were an operator, packing quantities are now counted accurately, and the workload chart now reflects planned time for a more realistic view of each operator's day.
Fixed- Fixed integration status showing up without a real integration
Shipping orders no longer show an integration badge or a “re-integrate” option when the tenant isn't actually connected to an ERP or invoicing system.
- Fixed being able to remove an operator from an already-finished task
In the Cockpit, it's no longer possible to remove an operator from a picking or packing task that has already been completed, which used to reset the task's status and affect its history.
- Fixed cancelled-wave movements cluttering the stock movements list
Internal stock movements created when a picking wave is cancelled no longer show up in Product → Stock → Movements, so that list now only shows the movements relevant to you.
- Fixed NACEX shipping labels sometimes downloading as broken files
NACEX shipping labels now always download and open correctly as PDF, instead of occasionally downloading as an unreadable file.
Read the full guide - Fixed receptions and shipping orders occasionally freezing when closing
Finishing a reception or closing a shipping order could occasionally freeze for a long time when the connection to an external system (like an ERP) was slow to respond. This no longer blocks the process for other users.
- Fixed a rare issue where new tasks could stop being created for a warehouse
In rare cases, an unexpected error could silently stop the system from automatically creating new picking and packing tasks for a warehouse until it was restarted. This is now caught and logged instead of stopping silently, and one warehouse's issue no longer affects the others.
- Fixed incorrect wording in the Portuguese resend-invite message
The confirmation message shown when resending a user invite now displays correctly in Portuguese.
- v3.0.23Fixed
- Fixed date formatting in Spanish and Italian
Dates in Spanish and Italian were showing "aa" instead of the year (for example, 08/06/aa). They now display correctly in both languages.
- Fixed shipment data loss with NACEX for certain special characters
Shipping orders sent to NACEX that contained characters such as #, + or the degree symbol could lose information, including part of the reference number. These characters are now handled correctly so no data is lost.
- Fixed pallet icon on the Containers screen
The icon used for pallets on the Containers screen was incorrect. It now correctly shows a pallet icon.
- Fixed edit icon position on the Observations field
On the shipping order detail screen, the edit icon for the Observations field appeared far from the text instead of right next to it. It is now positioned next to the text as expected.
