What it does
Create shipments, generate labels and retrieve tracking numbers from Correios Express directly from a shipping order, without leaving the WMS.
How it works
- Once configured, the connection status is always visible (Active / Inactive) and shows which environment you're in (Production or Pre-production).
- You set a default shipping product and a label type (e.g. thermal or A4) for new shipments; you can browse all products available on your account under the Products tab.
- Once a shipment is dispatched, the shipping order automatically follows its delivery status with Correios Express: it stays “In Shipping” until the carrier confirms delivery, at which point it moves to “Delivered”. You can see the delivery status and download the label directly from the Shipping Orders list.
- Click the delivery status tag in the Shipping Orders list to open a quick popover with the full tracking-event timeline, or the error message if the shipment failed.
- When closing packing on an order with an automatic carrier plugin, you can use Confirm with carrier label to finish the shipment in one click instead of confirming manually.
How to set it up
- Activate the plugin under Plugins → Carriers.
- Enter the credentials provided by Correios Express and choose the environment (Production / Pre-production).
- Test the connection.
- Set the default product and label type.
