How to configure a Reception Process?

Instructions

1. Access the "Settings" menu in the sidebar; 
2. In the "Inbound" tab, select the "Reception Processes" tab; 
3. Select "+Add" 
4. Fill in the fields:
   1. Description (mandatory) 
   2. External Code (optional) - if there is integration with external software, the code should be the same as used in that software 
   3. Default Process (optional) 
   4. Store after line confirmation (optional) 
   5. Reception Type (mandatory) 
5. Select "Save"
