How to plan a picking or packing task

Plan a single task

1. Go to the Cockpit menu, available from the side menu or home screen.
2. On the task line, click the add user icon on the picking and/or packing bar.
3. In the modal that appears, select:
   • The user you want to assign (you can search by name or click on their photo).
   • The start date and time.
4. Click Save.

Note: To carry out a shipment, it must be in the "Estimated" state.

Plan tasks in bulk

1. Go to the Cockpit menu, available from the side menu or home screen.
2. Select the tasks you want to assign.
3. Click + Assign operator.
4. In the modal, select:
   • The user you want to assign (you can search by name or click on their photo).
   • The start date and time.
5. Click Save.
