NACEX
Create shipments, generate labels and retrieve tracking from NACEX directly from the WMS.
What it does
Create shipments, generate labels and retrieve tracking numbers from NACEX directly from a shipping order, without leaving the WMS.
How it works
- Just like Correios Express, the connection status and assigned customer branch are visible at the top of the page.
- You set defaults for service, shipping charge type, package type and label template for new shipments, all browsable in the corresponding reference tabs (Services, Charges, Packages).
- Once a shipment is dispatched, the shipping order automatically follows its delivery status with NACEX: it stays “In Shipping” until the carrier confirms delivery, at which point it moves to “Delivered”. The tracking card shows the tracking code and public tracking link, number of packages, weight, service, destination agency, estimated date, origin agency/delivery note and the event history, and you can download the label and see the delivery status directly from the Shipping Orders list.
- Click the delivery status tag in the Shipping Orders list to open a quick popover with the full tracking-event timeline, or the error message if the shipment failed.
- When closing packing on an order with an automatic carrier plugin, you can use Confirm with carrier label to finish the shipment in one click instead of confirming manually.
- If you connect an online store (Shopify, Shopkit or Jumpseller) and the NACEX submission briefly fails, the order is still marked as fulfilled on the store right away; the real tracking number is filled in automatically as soon as NACEX confirms it.
How to set it up
- Activate the plugin under Plugins → Carriers. If you don't have a NACEX carrier yet, the app offers to create one for you, pre-filled and linked to the plugin.
- Enter the credentials provided by NACEX.
- Test the connection.
- Set the defaults for service, charge, package and label.
💡 Tip: inside the application, each plugin's configuration page has an Integration Guide button with the detailed technical walk-through.
