    How to Configure an Shipping Process?

    Note: In the "Delivery/Pickup Points" tab, define which delivery points will use the created shipping process. You can select them individually or in bul

    Instructions

    1. Go to the "Settings" menu in the sidebar.
    2. In the "Outputs" tab, select the "Shipping Processes" tab.
    3. Click on "+ Add."
    4. In the "General" tab, fill in the fields:
      • Description (required)
      • External Code - if there is integration with external software, the code should match the one used in that software.
      • Include packing (optional)
      • Default process (optional)
      • Type of Shipping - shipping to a customer, delivery to the factory, return to the supplier, or warehouse transfer (optional)
      • Picking Type - normal or wave (required)
      • Automatically ship after closing the Packing (optional)

    5. In the "Hierarchy of the process" tab, define the hierarchy (order) of the zones from which you want the shipping to take place.
    6. Click "Save."

    Note: In the "Delivery/Pickup Points" tab, define which delivery points will use the created shipping process. You can select them individually or in bulk.

    Please note

    After configuring all types of shipping processes, when creating a new shipping order, either manually or by synchronization with external software, the delivery point will determine the shipping process to use. The shipping process is automatically associated with the delivery point of the shipping guide, and all configured validations will be taken into account.
