Change History
See who changed what, and when, on shipping orders, receptions, products, delivery points and application settings.
Shipping orders, receptions, products, delivery points and the application settings keep a change history: what changed, when, and who made the change, with the old value next to the new one. When something isn't the way you expected, you can see exactly when it changed and who changed it.
Instructions
- Open the detail screen of a shipping order, a reception, a product or a delivery point.
- Select the Audit button (the clock icon) at the top of the screen.
- The Audit window opens, with the changes from newest to oldest. At the bottom you see who created the record (Created) and who changed it last (Last modified).
For settings, go to App Settings in the sidebar and select the same Audit button at the top right. It opens the log of every change to the application settings, with a Record column naming the setting each change belongs to.
On products and delivery points, hovering over the status (active or inactive) also shows who activated or deactivated the record, and when.
What it shows
- When: the date and time of the change.
- Who: the user who made the change, or System when the application made it on its own.
- What changed: whether the record was Created, Updated or Deleted and, for each field that changed, the old value → the new value.
Who can see it
A record's change history is available to supervisors and administrators. For other users, the same button only shows who created the record and who changed it last.
The settings change log is for administrators only. Credential values (for example, integration passwords) are never shown.
Important notes
Note
Changes made before September 2026 were recorded without details: they appear as Updated, with a note saying so, instead of an empty line.
- Values the application recalculates (progress counters, time predictions and integration status) are not recorded, so the list shows what people actually changed.
- To deactivate a product or a delivery point, see Inactivate Items and Delivery/Collection Points. To find out who is a supervisor or administrator, see Profiles and Skills – How Permissions Work.
