    Sifarma B2B

Receive orders from pharmacies straight from Sifarma, without re-typing them by hand.

    What it does

Lets the pharmacies that buy from you place their orders straight from their own Sifarma software. Each order arrives in LogisticsWMS as a shipping order, ready to prepare and ship, without anyone re-typing it.

    How it works

    • Your organisation gets its own Sifarma B2B Endpoint, a web address. Each pharmacy enters that address in Sifarma, together with the credentials you issue for it.
    • Only pharmacies you have registered can connect. Each one identifies itself with its ANF number, its Client code and a password generated by LogisticsWMS.
    • While building an order, the pharmacy can check whether you carry each product and how much is available. Availability counts only the stock reachable through the pharmacy's Shipping process, so it matches what your other sales channels see.
    • When the pharmacy sends the order, LogisticsWMS creates a shipping order in the pharmacy's Warehouse, with the Sifarma order number as its reference. The pharmacy only gets a confirmation once the order exists in LogisticsWMS, and if it sends the same order again (for example after a timeout), no duplicate is created.
    • Product codes are matched against your products' barcodes in this order: CNP, then GTIN, then Product Code. If any line has a product that can't be found, the whole order is refused, so a pharmacy is never told that missing lines are on their way.
    • From Sifarma, the pharmacy can follow the order through its stages: received, in preparation, shipment created, delivered or cancelled.
    • Sifarma orders carry no delivery address. On a pharmacy's first order, LogisticsWMS looks for a delivery point whose External Code is the pharmacy's ANF number. If there isn't one, it creates it using the address of the pharmacy's Client, and the pharmacy is flagged Address pending so you know to confirm it.

    How to set it up

    1. Under Plugins → Other Integrations, switch on the Sifarma B2B card and click Configure.
    2. In the Endpoint section, click Generate endpoint. You only need to do this once. Use Copy to copy the address.
    3. In the Pharmacies section, click Register pharmacy and fill in:
      • ANF number - the pharmacy's national identifier.
      • Client code - your own customer number for this pharmacy.
      • Name - optional, only shown on your own screens.
      • Warehouse - where the pharmacy's orders are created.
      • Shipping process - decides which stock the pharmacy can see.
      • Client - optional; the client that owns the stock, whose address is used for the pharmacy's first orders.
    4. Click Save. The Password issued box shows the pharmacy's password - copy it now.
    5. Send the pharmacy the endpoint address, its ANF number, its client code and the password, so it can set up the connection in Sifarma.

The list shows each pharmacy's Status and when it Last used the connection. Use Reset password to issue a new password (the old one stops working immediately), or the bin icon to remove a pharmacy so it can no longer order.

    Important notes

    • This plugin is only available to organisations of the Pharmaceuticals & Beauty type, since Sifarma B2B is used by Portuguese pharmacies.
    • While the plugin is switched off, pharmacies can't check stock or send orders.
    • The password is shown only once. If it is lost, use Reset password and send the new one to the pharmacy.
    • Don't change the endpoint once pharmacies are using it - replacing it would break the setup of every pharmacy already connected.
    • To ship to the pharmacy's own address from the very first order, create its delivery point beforehand with the ANF number as External Code, under the same client you choose when registering the pharmacy. If a pharmacy has neither a matching delivery point nor a client with an address, its orders are refused.
    • If a pharmacy shows Address pending, add its correct address to the delivery point's address book. Later orders ship to the most recently added address.
    • To make sure orders are matched, give your products their CNP or GTIN as barcodes.
    • LogisticsWMS doesn't hold commercial prices, campaigns or invoices, so it answers the pharmacy on stock and order status only.
    • Orders from Sifarma are prepared and shipped like any other - see How to ship an order. For medicine verification, see NMVS.
