Exporting documents to Excel
Export reception notes, receptions, shipping orders, picking and packing to Excel, ready to print, with a summary and charts.
What it does
You can now export reception notes, receptions, shipping orders and their picking and packing details straight to Excel, ready to review, share or print, without leaving the screen you're on.
Where to find it
An Export to Excel button is available on:
- Reception Notes and Receptions, both on the list screens and on a document's detail screen
- Shipping Orders: on the list screen, the detail screen, and on its Picking and Packing tabs
What you get
- List exports include a KPI summary band at the top, a filterable table matching what's on screen, and an Analysis sheet with charts (for example, documents by status).
- Detail exports mirror the tabs you see on screen as separate sheets: for a reception, that's header, lines, by product, by lot and volumes; for packing, it's an indented outline of the container hierarchy.
- Every export is formatted to print cleanly: landscape orientation, fit to page width, and repeating headers on every page.
- Exports follow your selected language (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Italian).
How to export a document
- Open the list or the detail screen you want to export (for example, Shipping Orders).
- Select Export to Excel.
- The file downloads automatically once it's ready.
Important notes
- Very large exports are capped to keep things fast; if a document is too large to export, you'll see a clear message instead of a failed download.
