How to perform an Inventory?
Count physically: scan the location, scan the items, and close each location as you finish it.
Instructions:
- Go to the "Inventories" menu, available on the side menu or the home page of the application.
- Access the "Inventory by Location" submenu.
- Choose the "Take Inventory" button in the created inventory.
- Enter the location code (can only be at the Physical Location level).
- Enter the article/volume code.
- Select "Finish."
Note: Whenever you enter a new physical location (LF) code, the application will ask to confirm that it is closed (meaning you have already indicated all articles/volumes for that physical location). At that point, you can no longer add more articles/volumes to that LF. To reopen it, you should go to the history and in the Zones tab, select "reopen."
Please note
When creating an inventory, if you choose a specific zone in the warehouse, only the physical locations created under that zone will be validated.
