Picking History
See the picking history of a shipping order: route taken, timestamps, items picked and by whom.
The picking history shows the route that was taken, the date and time of each pick, what was picked and by whom.
The history lives on the Shipping Order. If the picking was done as a wave, any order in that wave shows the history for the whole wave.
Instructions
- Go to Shipping Orders in the Outbound section of the sidebar.
- On the row of the order you want to check, select the View button.
- Open the Picking Orders tab, after General Information and Lines.
- On the picking order's row, select the history button — the clock icon.
Tip: you can also reach the Shipping Order from anywhere it appears, by clicking its icon and choosing View.
