Inactivate Items and Delivery/Collection Points

Items and Delivery/Collection Points should be deactivated whenever you want them to no longer be selectable within the application.

Inactivating Items:

1. Navigate to the "Items" menu, available in the application's side menu.
2. Select "+ Create an Item."
3. In the "General Information" tab, click on "Edit."
4. Deselect the "Active" checkbox.
5. Click on "Save."

Note: By marking an item as inactive, the application will prevent it from being selected, prompting it to be automatically placed in quality.

Deactivating Delivery/Collection Points

1. Access the "Delivery/Collection Points" menu, available in the application's side menu under Entities.
2. Choose "Edit" on the point you want to deactivate.
3. Deselect the "Active" field.
4. Select "Save."

Note: By deactivating a Delivery/Collection Point, it will no longer appear for selection when creating documents.
