    Amazon (Seller Central / SP-API)

Sync stock and manage fulfillment of Amazon orders across one or more seller accounts.

    What it does

Sync stock and manage fulfillment of orders from one or more Amazon seller accounts.

    How it works

    • The integration with the most configuration requirements: needs LWA credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token) and, in many cases, AWS credentials (Role ARN, region, access keys) — provided by Amazon when you register your app / seller account.
    • Amazon Fulfillment Centers map to WMS warehouses and shipping processes, just like locations in the other stores.
    • Stock: same Absolute / Delta logic as the other integrations; Delta is recommended for the first connection.
    • Products: manual sync, mapped by seller SKU or barcode (ASIN / FNSKU visible in the mapping).
    • Orders: pulled in automatically via webhook, with filters by status, financial and fulfillment state.
    • Fulfillment: sent automatically to Amazon with tracking data when an order is shipped in the WMS.
    • Supports multiple seller accounts and multiple marketplaces (e.g. Amazon.es, Amazon.pt, Amazon.fr).

    How to set it up

    1. Activate the plugin under Plugins → Marketplaces.
    2. Follow the connection wizard: enter the seller account domain and authorise via Amazon.
    3. Map each fulfillment center to a warehouse and shipping process, and mark one as default.
    4. Sync products and decide whether to enable stock sync right away or later (the wizard lets you defer this decision).
    5. Configure order-import filters and carrier / payment-method mapping.

    Important notes

    • You can check at any time whether all required OAuth permissions were granted; if any are missing, disconnect and reconnect the store.
    • There's a stock comparison tool (WMS vs. Amazon) to validate the sync before turning it on in production.

💡 Tip: inside the application, each plugin's configuration page has an Integration Guide button with the detailed technical walk-through.
