What the integration does
Real-Time Stock Sync
Every stock change in the WMS, whether from receiving, picking, stock adjustments, or transfers, is automatically pushed to Shopkit. A 30-second debounce prevents unnecessary API calls when multiple changes happen close together. Only products with sync enabled are updated.
Automatic Order Import
New Shopkit orders arrive in the WMS in real time via webhooks. Each order is imported as a shipping order, ready for your team to pick and ship. You control which orders are imported using status and fulfillment filters.
Fulfillment Confirmation
When a shipping order is completed in the WMS, Shopkit is automatically notified with tracking information. Your customer gets their update. Your store stays accurate. No one needs to copy and paste anything.
Warehouse Mapping
Map each Shopkit location to the right WMS warehouse and shipping process. Set a default location for order creation. Orders always go to the right warehouse from the start.
Carrier Mappings
Map Shopkit shipping methods to WMS shipping carriers. When an order arrives with a specific shipping method, the correct carrier is assigned automatically. No guessing. No manual reassignment.
Product Sync
Import your Shopkit product catalog into WMS and match products by SKU or barcode. Configure whether unmatched products create new WMS entries or are skipped. Lot tracking and expiration date flags are applied on import when needed.
Full Audit Log
Every integration event, from order imports and stock syncs to fulfillments and webhook triggers, is logged in detail. Filter by operation type, date range, or status to investigate any issue quickly.

Map locations and carriers
Link each Shopkit location to a WMS warehouse and shipping process. Map your Shopkit shipping methods to WMS carriers so orders are routed correctly from the start.
Sync products and go live
Import your Shopkit catalog and match products to WMS by SKU or barcode. From this point, stock syncs automatically and orders arrive in real time.

Absolute mode
Replace Shopkit stock with the exact current WMS value on every update. Use this when your WMS is the definitive source of inventory data.
Delta mode
Send only the stock difference since the last sync. Safe for newly connected stores where WMS data may still be catching up.
