What the integration covers
Real-Time Stock Sync
Every stock movement in the WMS is automatically pushed to PrestaShop. Reception, picking, adjustments, transfers: all of them trigger an update. A 30-second debounce ensures API efficiency. Only products and locations with sync enabled are included.
Automatic Order Import via Webhooks
New PrestaShop orders arrive in the WMS in real time. Each order is imported as a shipping order, ready for warehouse processing. Configure order filters by status, financial status, and fulfillment status to control which orders enter your workflow.
Fulfillment Confirmation with Tracking
When a shipment is completed in the WMS, PrestaShop is notified automatically with the tracking number. Customers receive timely updates and your store stays accurate with no manual work.
Warehouse and Location Mapping
Map each PrestaShop location to a WMS warehouse and shipping process. Set a default location for order creation. Every order goes to the right place from the first moment.
Product Sync by SKU and Barcode
Pull your PrestaShop catalog into WMS at any time. Products are matched by SKU first, then by barcode. Unmatched products can create new WMS entries or be skipped, depending on your configuration. Lot tracking and expiration date flags are applied on import.
Multi-Store Support
Connect multiple PrestaShop stores to the same WMS. Each store has independent location mappings, product mappings, order filters, and stock sync settings. The same WMS product can serve multiple stores simultaneously.
Four steps to go live
Activate and connect
Go to Plugins in your WMS, find PrestaShop under Marketplace, and toggle it on. Enter your PrestaShop store domain and authorize the integration.
Map locations
Link each PrestaShop location to the right WMS warehouse and shipping process. Mark one location as the default for incoming orders.
Sync products
Import your PrestaShop product catalog and map it to WMS products by SKU or barcode. Review the mappings before going live.
Activate sync
From this point, stock flows automatically from WMS to PrestaShop. Orders arrive in WMS via webhooks. Completed shipments send tracking back to PrestaShop.

Absolute mode
Replace PrestaShop stock with the exact WMS value on every update. WMS is the single source of truth. Use this when your WMS data is complete.
Delta mode
Push only the difference since the last sync. Does not overwrite existing PrestaShop stock values. Safer for newly connected stores.
