Your warehouse connected to the world's largest marketplace

Amazon has no tolerance for stock discrepancies or late fulfillments. A delayed shipment harms your seller rating. An oversell creates a customer problem that takes days to resolve.

LogisticsWMS keeps your Amazon stock in sync with your actual warehouse stock, in real time. Orders arrive in your WMS the moment they are placed on Amazon. When a shipment leaves the warehouse, Amazon receives the fulfillment and tracking information automatically.

You focus on selling. The integration handles the operational layer.

    Built for Amazon Sellers

    Real-Time Stock Sync via SP-API

Every stock change in the WMS, whether from receiving, picking, adjustment, or transfer, is pushed to Amazon automatically through the Amazon Selling Partner API. A 30-second debounce groups rapid changes into a single update, protecting against rate limits. Only products and locations with sync enabled are included.

    Automatic Order Import

New Amazon orders arrive in the WMS in real time via webhooks. Each order is imported as a shipping order, ready for picking and packing. Configure filters by order status, financial status, and fulfillment status to control which orders enter your workflow.

    Fulfillment Confirmation with Tracking

When a shipping order is completed in the WMS, Amazon receives the fulfillment notification and tracking number automatically. Seller ratings stay clean. Customers get timely updates.

    Multiple Amazon Marketplaces

Support for all major Amazon regional marketplaces. Map each marketplace account to the corresponding WMS warehouse and shipping process. Each seller account has its own configuration, product mappings, and sync mode.

Product Sync by SKU and Barcode

Pull your Amazon catalog into WMS and match products by SKU first, then by GTIN/EAN barcode. Configure whether unmatched products create new WMS entries or are skipped. Lot tracking and expiration dates are set on import.

    Multi-Store and Multi-Account Support

Connect multiple Amazon seller accounts to the same WMS. Each account has independent location mappings, product mappings, order filters, and sync mode (Absolute or Delta). The same WMS product can be mapped across multiple accounts.

    How the integration works

    1

    Activate and authorize

Go to Plugins in your WMS, find Amazon under Marketplace, and toggle it on. Add your Amazon seller account and authorize the connection through the Amazon Selling Partner authorization flow.

    2

    Map your locations

Link each Amazon location to the corresponding WMS warehouse and shipping process. Set a default location for incoming orders.

    3

    Sync your products

Run a product sync to import your Amazon catalog and map it to your WMS products by SKU or barcode. No stock values are changed during this step.

    4

    Go live

Stock flows from WMS to Amazon in real time. Orders flow from Amazon to WMS via webhooks. Completed shipments trigger automatic fulfillment notifications back to Amazon with tracking.

    Sync modes

    Absolute mode

Overwrite Amazon stock with the exact WMS value on each update. WMS is the single source of truth. Best when your WMS inventory data is complete and accurate.

    WMS → Amazon (overwrite)

    Delta mode

Send only the change since the last sync. Does not overwrite existing Amazon stock. Recommended for newly connected accounts where WMS data may still be building up.

WMS → Amazon (± diff only)

Protect your seller rating with SP-API automation

Late fulfillments, oversells, and missing tracking numbers all hit your Amazon seller metrics. The SP-API integration removes the manual steps that cause those issues, so every stock change, order, and shipment is reflected on Amazon automatically.
