What the integration covers
Real-Time Stock Sync
Every stock movement in the WMS, receiving, picking, adjustment, or transfer, is pushed to Jumpseller automatically. A 30-second debounce per product prevents API rate limit issues when multiple changes happen quickly. Only products and locations with sync enabled are included.
Automatic Order Import via Webhooks
New Jumpseller orders arrive in the WMS in real time. Each order is imported as a shipping order, ready for warehouse processing. Configure filters to control which orders enter your workflow.
Fulfillment Confirmation with Tracking
When a shipping order is completed in the WMS, Jumpseller is notified automatically with full tracking information. No manual update needed on either side.
Advanced Shipping Process Rules
Route incoming orders to the right WMS shipping process based on any order attribute: product options, order fields, or additional Jumpseller fields. Rules support exact match, contains, not equals, and regex conditions. Set priority for multiple rules. Works across multilingual field values. This is the most advanced order routing capability available for Jumpseller stores.
Carrier Mappings
Map Jumpseller shipping methods to WMS carriers. When an order arrives with a specific shipping method, the WMS carrier is assigned automatically. Create new WMS carriers directly from the mapping interface if needed.
Product Sync
Import your Jumpseller product catalog into WMS at any time. Products are matched by SKU or barcode. Unmatched products can create new WMS entries or be skipped. Lot tracking and expiration date flags are applied on import.
Full Audit Log
Every integration event is logged in detail: order imports, stock syncs, product syncs, fulfillments, and webhook events. Filter by operation, date range, or status to investigate any issue quickly.
How to connect
Activate and connect
Go to Plugins in your WMS, find Jumpseller under Marketplace, and toggle it on. Enter your Jumpseller API login and auth token to connect your store.
Configure locations and carriers
Map each Jumpseller location to a WMS warehouse and shipping process. Map shipping methods to carriers. Set up shipping process rules if you need advanced order routing.
Sync products and go live
Import your Jumpseller catalog and map products to WMS by SKU or barcode. From this point, stock syncs automatically and orders arrive in real time.
Sync modes
Absolute mode
Send the exact WMS stock value to Jumpseller on every update. WMS is the single source of truth. Best when your WMS data is complete and accurate.
Delta mode
Send only the difference since the last sync. Does not overwrite existing Jumpseller stock. Safe for newly connected stores where WMS data may still be incomplete.
Advanced order routing built for operational complexity
Most integrations route every order the same way. Jumpseller + LogisticsWMS does not. With shipping process rules, you can route orders to different WMS processes based on product options, order fields, or custom Jumpseller attributes. Rules match across multiple languages. You set the priority. The WMS does the routing automatically.
