Connect WooCommerce to your warehouse operations

Every order placed on WooCommerce should trigger immediate warehouse action. Every stock movement in your warehouse should reflect instantly in your store.

LogisticsWMS connects both directions automatically. Stock updates flow from WMS to WooCommerce in real time. Orders flow from WooCommerce to WMS the moment they are placed. When a shipment leaves the warehouse, WooCommerce gets the tracking information without anyone touching a keyboard.

You manage the warehouse. The integration takes care of the rest.

Everything that makes the integration work

    Real-Time Stock Sync

Every stock movement in your warehouse, whether reception, picking, adjustment, or transfer, is automatically pushed to WooCommerce. A 30-second debounce prevents API flooding: if multiple movements happen within 30 seconds, a single update is sent. Only products and locations with sync enabled are included.

    Automatic Order Import

New WooCommerce orders arrive in the WMS in real time via webhooks. Each order is imported as a shipping order, ready for warehouse processing. Filter by order status, financial status, or fulfillment status to control exactly which orders enter your warehouse workflow.

    Instant Fulfillment Confirmation

When a shipment is completed in the WMS, WooCommerce is notified automatically with full tracking information. Your customer gets their update without any manual step on your side.

    Location and Warehouse Mapping

Map each WooCommerce location to a specific WMS warehouse and shipping process. Set a default location for order creation. Every order goes to the right place from the start.

Product Sync by SKU and Barcode

Sync products from WooCommerce to WMS manually whenever needed. Products are matched by SKU first, then by barcode (GTIN/EAN). You control whether unmatched products create new WMS entries or are skipped. Lot tracking and expiration date flags are set on import.

    Multi-Store Support

Connect multiple WooCommerce stores to a single WMS account. Each store has independent location mappings, product mappings, order filters, and sync modes. The same WMS product can be mapped to different stores simultaneously.

    How the integration works

    1

    Activate and connect

Go to Plugins in your WMS, find WooCommerce under Marketplace, and toggle it on. Click Add Store, enter your WooCommerce store domain, and authorize the connection in a few clicks.

    2

    Map your locations

Link each WooCommerce location to the corresponding WMS warehouse and shipping process. Set one location as the default for incoming orders.

    3

    Sync your products

Run a product sync to pull your WooCommerce catalog into WMS. Products are matched by SKU or barcode. Review and confirm mappings before going live.

    4

    Go live

Stock flows automatically from WMS to WooCommerce. Orders flow from WooCommerce to WMS. Fulfillments go back to WooCommerce with tracking. Everything is synchronized in real time.

    Sync modes

    Absolute mode

Send the exact WMS stock value to WooCommerce on every update. WMS is the single source of truth. Best when your WMS stock is complete and accurate.

    WMS → WooCommerce (overwrite)

    Delta mode

Send only the difference since the last sync. Does not overwrite existing WooCommerce stock values. Safe for newly connected stores where WMS data may still be incomplete.

WMS → WooCommerce (± diff only)

    Built for the open-source ecosystem

WooCommerce powers a huge share of independent e-commerce. LogisticsWMS connects to multiple WooCommerce stores at once, each with its own mappings, filters, and sync mode, so you can run your entire portfolio from a single warehouse backend.
