How to set up your subscription

Setting up your subscription is the first step to start using the application. In this article, we explain how to activate your plan, make changes if needed, and what to do if you need to cancel or reactivate your subscription later on.

How to set it up

1. Go to the Account menu, in the Administration section.
2. In the Subscription section, select the Edit button.
3. Define your plan's details:
   • Subscription type (monthly or annual)
   • Plan type (Professional or Smart)
   • Number of users
   • Optional plugins (MVO PT, Sage)
4. Set the payment method and fill in the required details.
5. Select Pay and Subscribe.

How to edit your subscription

1. Go to the Account menu, in the Administration section.
2. In the Subscription section, select the Edit button.
3. Make the necessary changes.
   • Note: you cannot reduce the number of users below the number currently active.
4. Select Update Subscription.

How to change your payment method

1. Go to the Account menu, in the Administration section.
2. In the Subscription section, select the Edit button.
3. Select Change payment method.
4. You'll be redirected to an external page where you can make the change.
5. Then, click Back to Logistics WMS to return to the application.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Go to the Account menu, in the Administration section.
2. In the Subscription section, select the edit button.
3. Select Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm your action in the modal by clicking "Yes."

How to reactivate your subscription

1. Select the Reactivate subscription button.
2. Define your plan's details again:
   • Subscription type (monthly or annual)
   • Plan type (Professional or Smart)
   • Number of users
     • Note: you cannot reduce the number of users below the number currently active.
   • Optional plugins (MVO PT, Sage)
3. Set the payment method and fill in the required details.
4. Select Pay and Subscribe.
