Viewing the History
The History panel shows what has been checked in so far, from three angles: latest scans, lines grouped by product, and lines grouped by batch.
While a reception is being checked in, History answers the question the operator actually asks: what have we counted so far? It is the running total of the reception in progress, and it is available without leaving the check-in screen.
It shows the same work from three angles:
- Latest scans — every scan, newest first. This is the one to reach for when something has just been scanned wrongly.
- Lines grouped by product — one row per product, with the total counted so far.
- Lines grouped by batch — the same, broken down by batch, for products managed by batch.
Instructions
- Go to Perform Reception, available in the side or home menu under Inbound.
- On the reception you are checking in, select the receive button.
- Select History.
Things to bear in mind
Before performing a reception, some configuration must already be in place:
- an Unloading Location and a Check-in Location;
- the Quality States (for example damaged, or past its expiry date);
- the Inbound settings, under Application Settings.
