If you ship across Portugal and Spain, you rarely rely on a single carrier. One covers the mainland, another the islands, another Spanish deliveries, another the parcels that need customs paperwork. When each has its own portal, its own label format and its own way of reporting delivery, the end of packing turns into copy and paste.
LogisticsWMS now integrates five carriers: CTT Expresso, DPD, UPS, Nacex and Correos Express. For all of them, the flow on the shipping order is the same.
One flow for every carrier
- Create the shipment with the carrier from the shipping order, without opening the carrier's portal;
- Generate and print the label in the format your printer accepts;
- Close packing in one click: the Confirm with carrier label button creates the shipment without a separate confirmation;
- Follow delivery: for carriers with automatic tracking, the order stays In shipping until the carrier confirms delivery, then moves to Delivered.
Each carrier has its own quirks. That is where an integrated WMS saves you time.
What each carrier brings

What changes day to day
- Fewer portals open. The packing operator works on the same screen whichever carrier is used;
- Errors caught before shipping. An unrecognised country, a badly formatted postal code or an incomplete address shows up as an error on the order, not as a return days later;
- Connected online stores. With the Shopify integration, the pickup point a customer picks at checkout reaches DPD with no manual steps;
- One view of status. The shipping orders list shows delivery status for the carriers that report it and, in one click, the full event timeline.
How to switch on a carrier
In LogisticsWMS each carrier is a plugin. You activate it under Plugins → Carriers, enter the credentials the carrier gave you and set your defaults. Every configuration page has an integration guide with the steps. You can combine several carriers on the same account and choose the carrier on each order.
