How It Works

Connect Your CTT Contract
Activate the plugin and enter the IDs CTT issued for your contract. The app can create the CTT Expresso carrier for you.

Ship From the Order
Submit a shipping order to CTT Expresso in one click. The ZPL label comes back straight away and stays with the order.

Print and Hand Over
Print the label, hand the parcels to CTT and download the acceptance certificate once CTT closes the expedition.
Built Around the Way You Ship
No More Re-Typing Addresses
Recipient, address and phone come from the shipping order. Portuguese postal codes are checked, with or without the hyphen, before anything is sent.
ZPL Labels, Kept With the Order
The label CTT returns is stored with the shipping order. Download it again whenever you need it, and the label icon turns green once it has been printed.
Acceptance Certificate in PDF
Download CTT's acceptance certificate for the shipment, your proof of what you handed over.
The Islands and the EU, Covered
Ship within Portugal, the Azores and Madeira included, and to other EU countries. Destinations that need a customs declaration are refused with a clear message.
Close Packing and Ship in One Step
Use “Confirm with carrier label” when you finish packing to create the CTT shipment without a separate confirmation.
Your Online Store Stays in Sync
Orders from Shopify, Shopkit or Jumpseller are marked as fulfilled on the store when you ship them with CTT Expresso.

One integration for the mainland, the islands and the rest of the EU, with the documents CTT issues for each shipment kept in the WMS.
