LogisticsWMS + UPS Integration
Create UPS shipments, print a label for every package and send the right customs paperwork. All from the shipping order, without opening another portal.
How It Works
- 1
Connect Your UPS Account
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from your UPS developer account, plus your UPS account number. Start in the test environment.
- 2
Ship From the Order
Submit a shipping order to UPS in one click. Orders without a service level use your default UPS service.
- 3
Print and Hand Over
Print one label per package and hand the parcels to UPS. Customs documents are added when the destination needs them.
Built Around the Way You Ship
No More Re-Typing Shipments
Recipient, address and packages come from the shipping order. A default service covers orders that don't name a UPS service level.
A Label for Every Package
Multi-package shipments get one label per package. Choose GIF for everyday printers or a thermal format such as ZPL.
Customs Defaults, Set Once
HS code, country of origin, currency, reason for export and Incoterms are set once for the account and go on every declaration.
Test Before It Costs Anything
The plugin starts switched off and pointed at UPS's CIE test environment. Nothing is real or billable until you move it to Production.
Void a Shipment From the WMS
Plans changed? Void the UPS shipment from the shipping order. Voiding is final, so the WMS asks before it goes ahead.
Your Customer Hears From UPS
Decide whether UPS emails the recipient with shipment updates. The sender email and phone are yours to set.
Customs That Follow the Territory, Not the Address
Some addresses look domestic but aren't, for customs. The UPS integration decides on paperwork by the destination's customs territory, so you don't have to remember the exceptions.
| Destination | Customs paperwork |
|---|---|
| Canary Islands (stored under Spain) | Full customs documents: outside the EU customs union |
| Azores and Madeira | No forms needed: inside the customs union, outside EU VAT |
| Monaco | No forms needed: inside the customs union through France |
Check your customs defaults before the first international shipment: one HS code applies to every product.
