How It Works

Connect Your DPD Account
Activate the plugin, enter the credentials DPD gave you and test the connection. The app can create the DPD carrier for you.

Ship From the Order
Submit a shipping order to DPD in one click. The label comes back straight away, ready to print.

Let Delivery Status Follow
The order stays “In shipping” until DPD confirms delivery, then moves to “Delivered” on its own.
Built Around the Way You Ship
No More Re-Typing Addresses
Recipient, address and phone come from the shipping order. Countries are recognised, postal codes formatted and dialling codes added for you.
Labels for the Printer You Have
PDF for office printers, ZPL for thermal ones. A4 with one or two labels per sheet, or 4×6 thermal.
Every Tracking Event in One Click
Click the delivery status tag in the Shipping Orders list to see the full DPD event history, or the exact error if a submission failed.
Shopify Pickup Points, Respected
When a customer picks a DPD pickup point at your Shopify checkout, the parcel goes to that point, and the order shows its name and code.
Close Packing and Ship in One Step
Use “Confirm with carrier label” when you finish packing to create the DPD shipment without a separate confirmation.
Cancel When Plans Change
Cancel a DPD shipment from the WMS when an order is held or changed, and reprint labels whenever you need them.
Pick the Label That Fits Your Bench
Choose the file type and the page layout once in the plugin settings. Every DPD label after that comes out ready for the printer on your packing bench.
